Use of the Game

Critter Conveyor is provided by Fresnosoft for personal entertainment use. You may play the game on devices where you obtained it through an authorized app store or distribution channel.

License

Fresnosoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Critter Conveyor for personal, non-commercial gameplay. Fresnosoft and its licensors retain all rights to the game, artwork, audio, design, and related materials.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or exploit Critter Conveyor except where allowed by applicable law or by store platform terms.

Progress and Availability

Game progress is currently stored locally on your device. Fresnosoft cannot guarantee recovery of local progress if the app is deleted, device storage is cleared, or the device is lost.

No Warranty

Critter Conveyor is provided "as is" and "as available." Fresnosoft does not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresnosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.

Store Platform Terms

Your download and use of Critter Conveyor may also be governed by the terms of Google Play or another app store used to obtain the game.

Changes

Fresnosoft may update these terms when the game changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
